Explore the AcademySkillSplash’s recruitment platform, recruitment customers and recruitment revenue are outside this proposal. Any Academy arrangement would be defined separately and agreed in writing.
Explore a new route to business training customers through the Academy, with a shared pilot and joint promotion. Audience reach and commercial outcomes will be measured, not assumed.
02 / THE SHARED VISION
A practical learning experience where experts can shape valuable courses and learners can build skills they can use—in their careers, teams and businesses.
Explore CourseSpark’s AI-assisted creation tools to help subject experts develop a first draft, then review it for accuracy and quality.
Build a focused catalogue with clear outcomes, practical exercises and human review before anything reaches learners.
Offer useful learning pathways for individuals and, where agreed, business teams looking to grow their capabilities.
Use pilot feedback and agreed measures to improve the experience before investing in a wider rollout.
THE COMPANY JOURNEY / AN EXAMPLE
A company identifies a workplace AI skills gap.
The partners and subject experts shape and review a practical course.
Employees enrol, complete lessons and practise their skills.
The company reviews completion and feedback with the partners.
03 / START SMALL. LEARN FAST.
Begin with one carefully selected, high-quality course. A practical introduction to AI in the workplace is one possible topic—subject to both teams agreeing on the audience, content and expertise.
Proposed audience: business teams beginning to use AI. Agree a pilot period and targets for qualified company enquiries, participating companies, enrolments, course completion and learner feedback before launch.
A possible starting point for meaningful, useful learning.
04 / WORKING TOGETHER
Start with a collaborative pilot. If it works for both sides, explore whether a closer Academy-only venture is the right next step.
OPTION 01 / FOR DISCUSSION
Pilot selected courses together. Agree how content is created, reviewed, published and promoted while each business retains its existing ownership.
PROPOSED CONTRIBUTIONS / SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT
Course creation technology and guidance on its use, subject to technical and commercial agreement.
Academy context, access to its channels where agreed, and coordination of the learner experience.
Campaign creative, marketing coordination and promotion, working with both partners on approvals.
Both partners agree who supplies subject expertise, reviews content, supports learners and funds the pilot. The existing free three-month Academy training promise for SkillSplash hires must be considered and its funding agreed.
05 / A THOUGHTFUL WAY FORWARD
A proposed sequence, with timing and responsibilities to be agreed by both teams.
Meet, share goals and explore each platform’s capabilities, constraints and audience.
Choose a course and audience; agree content review, delivery, learner support and commercial terms.
Publish the agreed pilot, invite an initial audience and monitor the enrolment and learning journey.
Review outcomes and feedback, refine the experience and decide whether to scale or explore a deeper venture.
Agree a baseline, tracking method and success criteria before launch. Results will guide the next decision.
06 / GROW THE ACADEMY TOGETHER
Frankenstein Creations will lead a proposed joint marketing campaign to introduce businesses to the Academy and encourage them to create useful courses for their employees.
Run targeted social media ads highlighting practical employee training, AI-assisted course creation and the value of learning designed around a company’s needs.
Promote the partnership together on LinkedIn with co-branded posts, demonstrations and outreach aimed at business owners, HR and learning leaders.
Explore paid article placements that explain the Academy, share relevant learning insights and direct interested companies to the partnership offer.
Campaigns invite companies to explore the Academy, discuss their training needs and plan a course for their teams.
Track reach, clicks, enquiries and qualified company interest using agreed tracking. Review the results together and refine the campaign.
A/B TEST / EXAMPLE CREATIVE
Run two versions to comparable business audiences, using the same destination and an agreed testing budget. Change the headline while keeping the rest of the creative consistent where practical.
Compare reach, clicks and cost per click, then prioritise qualified company enquiries and cost per qualified enquiry. Agree what qualifies, attribution and a review period before launch; use early results as directional evidence, not guaranteed demand.
Campaign channels, creative, approvals, paid placements, advertising budget and cost sharing are subject to agreement by both parties. Recruitment marketing and recruitment revenue remain outside this Academy proposal.
07 / GOOD QUESTIONS
No. The proposed scope is SkillSplash Academy only. SkillSplash’s recruitment business, recruitment technology, customers and recruitment revenue remain outside the proposed partnership unless separately agreed.
The current Academy page describes free three-month training for people hired through SkillSplash. Any pilot should protect that existing promise and agree how it is funded and delivered before changes are made.
Ownership and permissions must be agreed in writing. CourseSpark says creators own their generated course content; any joint work should respect creator rights, existing platform terms and any third-party materials.
No. This is an invitation to explore a collaboration. Pricing, costs, payment flows, IP, data access, responsibilities and any ownership or revenue split remain subject to discussion and agreement.
THE NEXT CHAPTER IS OURS TO EXPLORE
If this opportunity resonates, let’s start with a conversation about what we could create together.
